Tenderground is run by Courtney Young, a farmer and agroecologist based in North East Victoria. Courtney offers coaching, consulting and educational workshops to support farmers to build regenerative and agroecological systems that are productive and profitable. She is particularly interested in soil and plant health analysis, farm business strategy, and marketing.
Education and Extension
Courtney and her team are skilled soil health educators, passionate about supporting farmers to build their landscape literacy and diagnostic skills for better decision making. Courtney’s approach to extension is grounded in action learning principles and peer to peer knowledge sharing.
Consulting and Coaching
Through soil and plant health monitoring and coaching, Courtney supports farmers to understand their landscape health and develop a comprehensive action plan to meet their production and profitability goals.
